3 masted steel Barque, "Winterhude", ex "Mabel Rickmers", built in 1898 by Rickmers - Bremerhaven. This vessel was biought from the French Government for 1950 pounds for service in the fleet of Gustaf Erikson from 1925 to 1944, at which time she was sold to the German Navy.
