A Wooden 2 masted schooner "Sailor Prince" had 1 deck and a square stern and was built in 1868 on the Huon River, Tas. In 1926 she was altered to auxiliary and was first registered in Port6 Adelaide in October 1870 by Alexander Reid. By 1875 M Irvine and Peter Le Messurier were the owners with Reid as master, later Irvine had other partners and then became the sole owner. The vessel was sunk after a collision with "T.S.M.V. Manunda" at Port adelaide on October 3 1929.
