The first scheduled passenger-mail steamer from England to Australia. During the ship's first turn-around in Sydney, 1852, she must have had a deserted look. By 28 August, 19 of her crew had run, comprising the boatswain, two Second masters, six ABs, seven Ordinary seamen and three servants.
