This child aged 1 was my mother, who travelled to Adelaide with her mother (Hilda Hannah Ryder Potts) and brother (Alan Potts) to meet up with her father Albert who was working for the ICI company and setting up the saltfields production areas to the north of the city. My mother Joan lived her entire life in Adelaide and married Don Ferguson the local member of Parliament for the Henley Beach (late 80's). They lived in Grange for all of their married life. They had 2 children (Karen and Mark). Don died in 2013 and Joan in 2015.
