My father Stanley N Cosgrove left London on 7/2/1929 for Freemantle on the vessel Beltana. I am busy tracing my family history and have no idea what happened to him after arriving in Freemantle. Do you have any records with his name please.

MY MOTHER ISABELLA SCULLION TRAVELLED ON THE S.S. BELTANA LEAVING LONDON ON MARCH 25TH 1926 TO TRAVEL TO AUSTRALIA. SHE WAS JUST 15 YEARS OF AGE AND I BELIEVE SHE TRAVELLED ALONE. I WOULD APPRECIATE ANY INFORMATION YOU CAN GIVE ME (JOHN HETHERINGTON)

My grandfather, Edmund Charles Walter Green was transported on the Beltana to Valetta (Malta) in the war. When his11th child was born (my mum), she was named Valetta Beltana Green. I am so glad I found a photo of the SS Beltana.
