BENGOLLYUN

Launched 17th April 1862 by Pile Spence & Co, West Hartlepool. Lost with all hands in a hurricane on the night of 20th March 1889 in Liverpool Bay, 10 nautical miles north of Point Lynus, whilst taking a cargo of coal from Garston (Liverpool) to Iquique (Chile). Wreckage shows collision damage.
