CITY OF KIMBERLEY

I am in New Zealand and have recently come into the possession of a silver Napkin Ring with the 'JRE E&B' flag plus the No 12. Also inscribed on the side is 'Auckland 25-8-31 H'. Inside on a piece of paper are the details: 'City of Kimberly Purser, Harry Belrukarne'. I presume this date was of some importance to Harry at the time - birthday! - coming ashore after retiring!
