THe Ellerslie arrived in the port of Adelaide on the 20th June 1849 - I was following one Charles Frederick Worboys (born Birmingham 1832) - he signed an Apprentice Indenture (4 years) on the 26th October 1847 - - Indenture Register notes in red ink that young Chas F deserted the vessel on docking One presumes that he then made his home down under. His elder brother also appears to have settled in Australia - he (George Arthur Worboys) signed up for 6 year on 17 Nov 1842 age 14 1/2
