E.H.R.Moon, reg. London. 1881: Left London for Bluff, New Zealand, with a general cargo which included iron rails which moved during the voyage. While attempting to enter the harbour at Nelson, New Zealand (7 Nov), became unmanageable and ran ashore about two kilometres west of the entrance - a gale destroyed her five days later.
