1945 June 9: Lost off Seal Rocks, NSW. She had been converted to an oil carrier during the war, and was in tow by the Dutch minesweeper HNMS Crynssen, when it broke free in rough seas and went shore on the beach west of Treachery Head, now called Submarine Beach.
