Nils Mellin was my fathers fathers mothers father. 1851 he had his wife (born Engellau) with him on his ship Maria Charlotta, also this year destination Port Adelaide. They had planned to have their childbirth in Port Adelaide but due to bad weather their daughter was born at sea before they reached P A. They gave the baby the name Adelaida Charlotta Maria
