My GGGF Philip Payne arrived in Fremantle on 24 June 1862. From Wales. With his wife and 12 year old son, also named Philip. Is there a passenger list for their ship, the Mary Harrison? Our understanding is that it was bound for NZ, but GGGM was sea sick, got off at Freo, and refused to continue the trip.

My daughter's 3 X Great Uncle, James Straghan sailed on the Mary Harrison with his wife Susannah and their one year old daughter, Elizabeth. They sailed on February 10, 1862 from Plymouth, England. Their destination was Fremantle. They settled in Western Australia.
