SCOTTISH KNIGHT

My great grandparents, Thomas Wilson and his wife Jessie (nee Forgan- Brindley) became parents to my grandfather James Wilson while becalmed in Bass Strait while travelling from St. Andrews Scotland to Australia. James was born on 19th October 1882. The family continued on to Mackay in North Queensland where many of their relatives had settled and where my grandfather married Susan Jane McLaverty on 6th March 1911. I have been searching for his Birth Registration on UK site but can't find the correct place to find it.

My Great Grandparents were passengers on Scottish Knight from England to Australia. James and Harriett Fowler had a daughter Georgina Florez born on board on 8.3.1891.
