Sadly, the Sir Wallace Bruce is currently (at October 2017) tied up to a small wharf at American River in Kangaroo Island. It looks distinctly unloved. I do not know who owns this vessel, but I am hoping they are planning to renovate this apparently sturdy old vessel.

It’s now February 2021 and the Sir Wallace Bruce is still hanging off the side of the American River wharf and looking more worse for wear than the earlier post.
