My Irish ancestors emigrated to Australia aboard the Sultana on the 1854 journey from Liverpool to Melbourne. Patrick Darby (recorded by hand as Derby and transcribed variously as Deeley & Derley), his wife Amelia and their two adults sons Thomas & Patrick.
