My grandfather , aged 6, came on this ship from Wales via London in 1913 with his mother and siblings. His father was already here and they settled in Newcastle along with many other Welsh families. It is great to see a photo of the ship for my genealogy research.

My great grand parents, my grandmother and great uncle sailed on this ship to Freemantle , from Liverpool December 23 1911, to start a sheep farm in Perth. My great grandfather caught typhoid two months later,and died. The rest of the family returned to the UK.I have the original list of passengers booklet
