Via the Downs (7 Sept). This clipper vessel completed a smart passage, and arrived yesterday at the lightship, without any incident of importance occuring worthy of note. Some of the passengers were brought yp to the port the same afternoon in the steamer Young Australian, which returned with the intention of towing the vessel into the harbour at high water this morning.
