my grandfather's brother Nison Crafti was on the Commissaire Ramel which arrived in Sydney 2 April 1928. I believe he was travelling with his wife Lena and two young children both boys.
I got this information from the National Archives of Australian.
Is there any chance that this can be confirmed. I have a copy of his Russian passport which has a French translation. Surname in French is Krafti.
