Via Batavia (3 Dec). The Candati is a regular hollander from the land of schnapps and white paint. She is a fine wholesome-looking brig, and has brought from Samarang a cargo of sugar for orders. On working down against the monsoon the brig had some bad weather; but after clearing the North-West Cape beautiful weather prevailed. Register 24/1 1875.
