Journey Notes
The Coorong left Melbourne on the 11th at 10 a.m., and called at MacDonnell and Lacepede Bays. Notwithstanding the detention thus occasioned she was boarded off the Semaphore at sundown on Thursday, and she at once steamed into harbour. During the early part of the passage light winds and fine weather prevailed, but after her calling at the outports there was a strong breeze, attended by very heavy sea. [Two horses were lost on the voyage]. Register 14/5/1875.
