The HANNAH NICHOLSON, which arrived on Saturday morning from Port Louis, left the island on December 10 with light trade winds, which continued to 30°, and then to St. Paul’s strong southerly winds. On January 10 hand reached 130° E, when it fell calm, and so continued till the 13th, when a fierce breeze lasted a few hours, and hauling to the southward so continued to arrival. Register 16/1/1887
