S.S. Bendigo. Written on back by my Grandmother is 'It bought us home from Malta 1935'. My grandmother and my two oldest uncles had been living in Malta where my grandfather was serving in the Merchant Navy. I presume the shipped called in at Malta on it's way back from Australia via Suez.
