Arrived in Adelaide at the age of 12 from Chesterfield UK to a very hot Adelaide, some 100 deg. for 10 days straight. That first week was spent in a Nissan Hut at Finsbury Hostel. Within 14 days Dad moved to a new home at Para Hills. Some 55 years later still living in Adelaide in Hawthorn. Love this place Australia.

Today 16 February 2017 I am visiting the Port Adelaide Maritime Museum with my Grandson Jack Sperryn, aged 6 who is visiting from London UK.
