Arrived with my parents Gordon and Margaret Dobson (nee Blakey) in Adelaide from England during the Australian Governments subsidised migration program of the 1950's and 60's. My sister was born in December that year, the first Australian born member of our family. While the program required my parents to remain for a minimum of two years, they made Australia our permanent home. Gordon and Margaret have Australian grandchildren and great grandchildren.
