The gentleman named above, Gottlieb Jensen is a distant relative of my husband's. He apparently absconded from the ship Peri between the 9th and 10th of October 1874 in port. H is mentioned in the local newspaper at the time, he absconded with another man and there was a £6 price on each of their heads!!!
