BUSSORAH MERCHANT

I am looking for a list of children's birth and deaths on the 1850 voyage of the Bussorah Merchant to Australia. I have been unable to find a list birth and death for three children in our family. Their names were Archibald Gillies, he died and we have been told that he was buried on the Isle of Wight. John Gillies isn't listed as a passenger that I could find, however, I did find him on a list of deaths for children. My great grandfather, Donald Gillies was born on the 12 March 1850 on the Bussorah Merchant. I was unable to find him listed on the ships list of births.

Hi, I am a descendant of Archibald Gillies and Margaret McPerson who came out on the Bussorah Merchant 1850. From the line of Angus and Helen McRae through their son Alexander who with Ida Reidy had 10 children. My mother was named Margaret (deceased april 2019). Regards Mark Cooper
